Rodabi Inc., (“Rodabi”) was founded by Dr. David C. Waltzer and Brian M. Koslow. The company was formed after two years of intensive research and due diligence prior to the founders’ investment of real estate funds in the country of Panama, Central America

Brian M. Koslow has been a real estate investor in North America for more than twenty years. He has been active in commercial, residential and condominium markets. He has owned and managed real-estate companies in North America and is the President of Rodabi. Mr. Koslow has significant real-estate investments in Panama Central America.

Dr. David C. Waltzer, co-founder of Rodabi has been active in the Central American real-estate market prior to the expansion of the Panama Canal. This is significant, because the rapid growth and international interest in Panama was largely triggered by the anticipated doubling of the Panama Canal’s capacities to handle commerce. Dr. Waltzer was involved early with intimate knowledge of the Canal’s expansion and was able to develop important political contacts that have introduced opportunities to Rodabi. Dr. Waltzer also has significant real-estate investments in Panama Central America.
